Clinical Focus

All kids occasionally forget their homework, daydream at school, act impulsively, and have difficulty sitting still.  Some kids have these difficulties more than occasionally and often to the point where they interfere with their ability to succeed in school and to form lasting friendships. These kids struggle to manage these behaviors.  They may start saying they hate school or hate tasks that are difficult for them. They may have difficulty making and keeping friends. They start to feel badly about themselves.  I can help your child change these behaviors using strategies that can keep them on task and organized as well as help them control their emotions and improve their social interactions. Think about how happy your child will be when they are able to succeed academically and socially.
